Terms and Conditions of Your Order/Cancellation Policies

Ticket Order Policies

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Green Savoree Mid-Ohio, LLC does not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason unless the wrong item as listed on your sales order was shipped and provided. Check your order for accuracy before confirming your purchase. Please inspect all tickets upon receipt, as any discrepancies must be reported immediately.

Green Savoree Mid-Ohio, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or destroyed tickets. Tickets obtained from sources other than Green Savoree Mid-Ohio, LLC and it’s affiliates may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and in such cases will not be honored. Tickets may not be resold. Resold tickets will become invalid for admission.

Race dates and times are subject to change without advance notice.

The Mid-Ohio School Order Policies

The Mid-Ohio School requires payment in full upon enrollment. Courses are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, contingent on a fully paid enrollment or redemption of a valid gift certificate. All courses are held RAIN or SHINE. The Mid-Ohio School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course date that has not reached a minimum capacity. Cancellation or rescheduling will occur no later than 10 days prior to the course date. In the event The Mid-Ohio School cancels or reschedules a course date, the $50 standard rescheduling fee will be waived. The Mid-Ohio School will make its best effort to work with the customer to reschedule for an upcoming date in the same year. If this is not possible, The Mid-Ohio School will issue at its discretion a refund or gift certificate to the customer.

Driving Courses

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY. Cancellations or changes must be received in writing (email or letter) at least 31 days prior to the scheduled course date. Upon receipt of the written notification, The Mid-Ohio School will issue a refund, less a $50 administrative charge. Cancellations made between 30 to 15 days prior to the scheduled course date will be assessed a 50 percent penalty. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the scheduled course will receive no refund. If you need to change the date prior to your scheduled course, you will be charged a $50 administrative fee to move your course date to another date within the same year only. No changes will be permitted after noon on the last business day prior to the course.  Course reservations are not transferable to the following year. Corporate programs cannot be canceled.

NO SHOWS. If you do not show up for your scheduled course date, payments received will not be refunded. The Mid-Ohio School has no obligation to reschedule your course.

DEDUCTIBLE AND DAMAGE POLICY. Participants enrolling and attending a course, inclusive of the use/rental of a school car, are responsible for paying for all damages to the vehicle up to a maximum amount. For the Honda Teen Defensive Driving Programs and Fleet Training, the maximum limit is $1,500 per car used. For the Acura High Performance Course , Acura Advanced High Performance Course, and Day 1 of the Acura Racing School, the maximum limit is $3,500 per car used. For Day 2 or 3 of the Acura Racing School, Lapping Program, and Coaching Program (when applicable), the maximum limit is $6,750 per car used. The Corporate Program limit will be reflective of the curriculum conducted.

If the damages do not exceed the assigned limits listed above, the student will pay the lesser amount. The Mid-Ohio School will select the designated automotive repair facility.

MINORS. A parent or legal guardian MUST sign a registration and waiver form for any participant under 18 years of age. If the program is a racing program, a notarized waiver must be executed.

Performance Track Riding

This policy does not pertain to participants rescheduling track days under the guidelines of the Frequent Rider Program (see below).

Cancellations may only be made in writing (email or letter) more than thirty (30) days before the scheduled track day. A refund will be issued less a $25 administrative fee on the enrollment. Participant may resell their spot(s) to a qualified rider at a price equal to or less than originally paid at no additional charge. Written notification of such transfer must be sent to The Mid-Ohio School in writing (email or letter).

Rescheduling ten (10) or more days before a track day will be assessed a $25 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling between nine (9) and two (2) days before a track day will be assessed a $50 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling will not be allowed within 48 hours of the track day and fees paid will not be refunded.

All riding sessions will be held RAIN or SHINE.

NO SHOWS. If you do not show up for your scheduled course date, payments received will not be refunded. The Mid-Ohio School has no obligation to reschedule or refund your course.

Frequent Rider Program for Rescheduling

This program rewards frequent riders in Performance Track Riding dates with rescheduling flexibility. A commitment to four (4) or more days (through enrolling in dates or purchasing of gift certificates) must be made to be eligible for the Frequent Rider Program. Benefits are only good for the current riding season. Benefits are non-transferable and do not carry over into the next season even if gift certificates go unredeemed.

  • Ride four (4) days - Reschedule one day, one time.
  • Ride seven (7) days or more - Reschedule two days, one time each.
  • Ride 10 days or more - Entry into a drawing to ride free in 2018 PLUS all the 7 days or more benefits.
  • All Frequent Rider Program members are locked into the regular price rate, even if rescheduling a track day at the 11th hour.

The request to reschedule must be made in writing by e-mailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within 72 hours following the date being rescheduled. No phone calls will be accepted. The subject line of the e-mail should contain: 1) the word “Reschedule”, 2) the date being rescheduled, and 3) the original enrollment order #. The body of the e-mail should contain: 1) the preferred date to reschedule to if capacity is still available, 2) participant’s name, and 3) daytime phone number. Rescheduling on dates occurring outside of these benefits will be subject to the standard policy.

Gift Certificate Policies

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unless otherwise noted on the gift certificate, a gift certificate expires two years from date of issuance. Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. It is only redeemable for the specific item or value as noted.
