Aaron Quine Returning to Trans Am Series in Team Weaver TA Dodge Challenger

MEDINA, OH— June 13, 2025 – Aaron Quine will return to the Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course on June 21st, driving the Team Weaver TA Dodge Challenger.

This will be Quine’s 12th career Trans Am race, but his first time racing in TA. All of his previous starts have been in the CUBE 3 Architecture TA2 Series, and he’s excited for the opportunity to race in Trans Am’s top class.

LEXINGTON, Ohio (June 8, 2025) – Rookie Ethan Goulart (No. 29 Saito Motorsports Group) put on a rain racing master class at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course for Round Eight of the Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup presented by Michelin on Sunday. A three-wide pass on the final lap gave the 16-year-old his first race win in the series. The second-generation racer was joined on the podium by runner-up Nathan Nicholson (No. 56 Advanced Autosports) and Jeremy Fletcher (No. 22 McCumbee McAleer Racing) in third.

Loiacono Masters Mid-Ohio Rain  for First USF Juniors Win

LEXINGTON, Ohio – Diabolical conditions greeted the USF Juniors Presented by Continental Tire field this morning, but Liam Loiacono was up for the challenge as he splashed to a fine maiden victory in the second leg of the PFC Grand Prix of Mid-Ohio. Loiacono, from Queensland, Australia, took the lead on the opening lap for the Jay Howard Driver Development team and withstood a strong challenge from VRD Racing’s Oliver Wheldon, from St. Petersburg, Fla., to secure maximum points.

Fletcher Charges to Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup Win at Mid-Ohio

LEXINGTON, Ohio (June 7, 2025) - The halfway point of the Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup presented by Michelin season produced a championship points shakeup. Jeremy Fletcher (No. 22 McCumbee McAleer Racing) fought his way through the top five to take his first win of the season. Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course wasn’t as kind to the points leader entering the weekend; Jared Thomas (No. 96 JTR Motorsports Engineering) made a mistake on the final lap that dropped him from a possible podium to 24th at the checkered flag.
