Mid-Ohio hosts the third event of the season
The Kumho FIA TCR World Tour lands in North America for the first time, as the third event of the season takes place between Friday and Saturday at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course within the frame of the IMSA race meeting.
After the rounds in Vallelunga and Marrakech, the standings are led by Norbert Michelisz in his BRC Hyundai N Squadra Corse-run Elantra; the Hungarian who was victorious in the first race of the season at Vallelunga has built a gap of 11 points over Lynk & Co Cyan Racing's Santiago Urrutia, while Urrutia's teammate Yann Ehrlacher and Michelisz's teammate Néstor Girolami follow, both four further points adrift.
